Stop Your Ears From Ringing
I wanted to talk to you about how you can stop your ears from ringing. If you’re someone experiencing a ringing sound in your ear all the time, than you have a condition known as tinnitus. This is one of those conditions that have absolutely no health problems associated with it, but a problem that is so frustrating that it has driven people to actual suicide. Most people will never get to that position, but it depends on how much you’re frustrated by the ringing and how many hours of sleep you lose because of it. I’m here to talk to you about how you can stop your ears from ringing.
There are a few reasons why you may have got this condition and sufficient investigating maybe necessary on your part. If you woke up one day and it was just ringing, you may have had an infection or ear wax build up that caused this. The number one reason is exposure to loud noise environments, so if you can’t think of being exposed to any of this you may have had it caused by the former. People that have jobs that are loud, like someone operating a jack hammer or other loud piece of equipment often end up with this problem.
If you want to stop your ears from ringing than you have a few avenues for you to take advantage of. Doctors will want to cut open your ears and literally start to tinker with the inside of this. This may work or it may cause more complications. The one thing we do know is that this is expensive and risky. Psychological methods are cheap, can be done from home and pose no risk to yourself. Just as your mind can ignore a fan because the noise is consistent, you should be able to train your brain to ignore the ringing sound automatically.

What is the best or fastest way to stop ringing in your ears? Stopping the loud music effect?
I was at the rock show this weekend. Loved the bands it was a great show. Being close was awsome, but it left another lasting effect on me that I don’t want. So any one know how to stop the loud music effect? My ears keep ringing.

Your ears are ringing because of the damage done by the loud music. It just takes time to repair. If the damage was extensive, it may be permanent.

Poor blood circulation in the Carotid Arteries which can lead to strokes also cause ringing of the ears. A Sonogram of the carotids maybe wise.

What you’re hearing is the difference between the sound level then and the sound level now. The receptors in the inner ear canal are still attuned to the onslaught they took at the concert. There is no "quick" remedy, as it takes time to compensate. Next time, buy a couple of the earplugs you can get in a decent music store that will cut the sound by at least 10dB. You’ll still be able to hear the music fine, you just won’t get blasted and have ringing in your ears.

You may have done permanent damage to your ears. If you have, there’s a chance that the "ringing" (also called tinnitus) will never go away.
Did you wear earplugs? If not, shame on you. Wearing earplugs protects you from this kind of damage. You can still hear the music…and still be able to hear after the music stops.
See an otologist (an ear doctor). Your hearing can be evaluated and see if permanent damage has occured.
